The name reflects its purpose - to please and create a pleasant experience for all. The restaurant is set to redefine the dining experience in Hong Kong, offering an immersive journey into the mesmerizing marine universe. Inspired by the captivating theme of the ocean, that transports guests to a world of culinary excellence and artistic expression.
Spanning an impressive area of nearly 10,000 square feet, this visionary project will feature three distinct atmospheres across its three floors. Inspired by different layers of the ocean, each floor will offer a unique culinary experience. The first floor will house Plaisance by Mauro Colagreco, a sophisticated fine dining destination that immerses guests in an enchanting realm inspired by the captivating wonders of the marine universe. Featuring a turquoise color tone that evokes the surface of the ocean, guests are indulged in an exquisite culinary journey expertly crafted with an impeccable selection of seasonal seafood prepared with delicate recipes and culinary techniques.
