Mauro Colagrecoltalo-Argentinian, Mauro Colagreco is the Chef Patron of restaurant Mirazur, located in Menton, Cote D’Azur. In 2001, as a newly qualified chef, Colagreco headed to France to deepen his studies of gastronomy. He worked with the greatest French chefs until 2006 when he decided to open his own restaurant, Mirazur in Menton.
