Native from Lombardy near lake Como, Chef Gabriele joined our team in 2021 as Chef de Cuisine, worked in prestigious key roles at Bulgari Hotel Beijing and several luxury hotels & restaurants around the world, like the iconic Restaurant George V in Paris. Now, he leads a kitchen team of more than a dozen professional chefs and pastry chefs.
