Traditional Chinese window grilles infused with “ruyi” knot pattern, accentuating a classical feel. “Mini Crafted Egg Custard Mooncake” with light coral and aquamarine blue collides on the box in a spectacular and youthful manner. Similarly fitted with traditional Chinese style drawers and window grilles, making it both aesthetic and useful.

Complemented by a light and delicate crust, the mooncakes boast a fragrant and pleasant taste.
The “Mini Crafted Egg Custard” mooncake contains premium salted egg yolk and butter as a filling. The smoothest egg custard wrapped in golden buttery crust, exuding a mouthful of silky flavours and a tantalizing egg custard aroma after reheating.

About China Tang
China Tang first opened in London in 2007 at the Dorchester Hotel, and since it expanded to The Landmark Atrium in Central in December 2013, the fine dining establishment has become the place for celebrities, socialites, executives and gourmets who expect quality dishes and service. In June 2016, China Tang crosses over to Kowloon to establish itself one of the city’s busiest shopping malls, Harbour City, offering refined Chinese cuisine in an elegant setting with harbour views. Also conceived and designed by Sir David Tang, China Tang offers the best of Chinese food within the most sumptuous and comfortable surroundings.

Inspired by the glamour of Shanghai, the “Paris of the East” in the 1920s-30s, China Tang Landmark showcases an interior that fuses Art Deco nostalgia, refined chinoiseries and British colonial touches. The menu is presented by the experienced team of chefs from Beijing and Sichuan, which serves authentic Cantonese cuisine laced with modern interpretation, creating a culinary experience of an entirely original character at China Tang.

Following in the footsteps of the first two China Tang restaurants, China Tang Harbour City builds on the brand legacy, reviving the original glory of the Tang Dynasty, a golden era for Chinese art and culture, where all things Tang were sophisticated, worldly, and steeped in traditions yet experimental in concepts. China Tang Harbour City radiates originality and personality, distilling centuries of history and tradition into a unique dining experience serving some of the finest cuisine from Canton, with a touch of Sichuan, a dash of Beijing and a delicious repertoire of dim sum. There are five private rooms, and four of which are flexibly contiguous for two larger parties. The extraordinary bar area comprises of elegant bar lounge and outdoor terrace.
