Festive Lunch Degustation Menu

Executive Chef Andrea Spagoni has prepared with the most seasonal ingredients and endeavor Beefbar as the perfect destination to spend Christmas and usher in 2020.

Featured dishes include M9 Australian Rib Eye Round, Baby Carrots & Madeira Jus, the premium beef cut with tenderness texture, paired with baby carrots and classic French brown sauce Madeira jus, simple yet flavourful. Complete the festive lunch experience with Raspberry Yoghurt & White Chocolate, yoghurt mousse wrapped with raspberry jelly and almond cake, topped with white chocolate, full of Christmas flair and definitely the best choice for sweet-tooths.

The unique haute French Japanese restaurant, ZEST by Konishi, has curated the festival menus to celebrate the holidays with opulence and indulgence. The festive culinary experience has been seasoned with intuition and finesse by Executive Chef Mitsuru Konishi.

The 4-course Festival Tasting Menu (HK$880 per person) and the 5-course Festival Gourmet Menu (HK$1,180 per person) provides festive delicacies that immediately spark the holiday mood. A must-try is the Ping Yuen Chicken, the irresistible signature delicacy. To round off the meal with a dessert, enjoy a Citrus Madeleine and Mont Blanc created by Chef Konishi specifically for the festive season. The festive journey is featuring Sanma – Aburi, Couscous, Sweet Bitter Sauce, anchored like sushi, is a calming starting dish representing the skillful preservation of the natural freshness. Sanma, a signature Japanese fall fish, is half-cooked with its skin charcoal gilled, seasoned with homemade sweet-bitter taste soy sauce made with fish liver, mirin, sake and served with mint and cucumber couscous. HIDA Wagyu Beef 2 Ways, a two-way cooking of the premium Wagyu beef. Shabu shabu for rib-eye and Charcoal grilled tenderloin, emphasizing on the textures delivered for and luxurios experience.

Moving into second courses, guests can slice into options from Norcina pizza and Mezze Maniche pasta. Shrimp Cocktail and Smoked Salmon are a great way to start the feast, with the light and refreshing seafood flavours. Moving into the main dishes, Australian Wagyu M7+ Bone-in Ribeye is a beautifully marbled cut that has a mouth-melting texture and an extra punch of flavour derived from the bone. For dessert, the menu comes with the star Prohibition Cheesecake, a classic choice to elevate the Christmas joy and satisfy a sweet craving. A Christmas feast would not be complete without a toast over the dinner table, hence the takeaway menu is served with bubbly Prosecco Superiore, Tenuta Giavi from Italy. Guests can receive an attractive 30% discount when choosing self-pickup for the above-mentioned menu.
