EXECUTIVE CHEF - JUSTIN YANG
Executive Chef Justin Yang is one of the most exciting young talents in modern gastronomy. Mentored by the legendary Min cuisine master Luo Bingfu, he expertly integrates a global culinary worldview with local ingredients. Chef Justin's illustrious career includes earning a Michelin star for Hokkien Cuisine in Chengdu, receiving the "Young Chef Award" from the Michelin Guide Chengdu 2024, the "Young Chef Award" from the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide 2026, and being named in the "Forbes China Fu Chef 30." He also captured national fame as the first runner-up on the hit cooking show The Divine Dish. Joining Lai Sun Dining to make his Hong Kong debut in 2026, Chef Justin brings his singular culinary aesthetic and rigorous craftsmanship to push the boundaries of modern Chinese dining.
