Marketing Intern

What you will be doing everyday:

  • Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends.
  • Assist with daily administrative duties e.g. sourcing, translations, printing
  • Design and present campaign ideas, offline and online
  • Prepare detailed promotional presentations.
  • Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events.
  • Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.
  • Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content.

What we are looking for:

  • Passionate individuals interested in eating, pop culture, music, food, drink, art and creating memorable experiences
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Relevant experience or education in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or other related disciplines.
  • A good command of written and spoken English. Cantonese will be a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to commit to minimum 2 months of internship

Working Hours: 11am to 6pm, 5 day work week, weekends off

Executive Chef (Chinese Cuisine)

We are looking for a seasoned chef with a background working at Chinese restaurant and Michelin-starred restaurant. You will run an efficient kitchen by consistently looking to improve the menu, producing great quality food, and working closely with restaurant managers in the overall food and beverage operations of the restaurant.

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for the food preparation and the kitchen operation
  • Manage finances for kitchen operations
  • Ensure that the preparation and quality of food provided are consistently maintained
  • Ensure all food products are produced in a professional manner and meet the company quality standard
  • Responsible for menu creation and development and quality control
  • Hire, train and develop kitchen team members

What we are looking for:

  • Must have 5+ years of kitchen experience in similar capacity
  • Must have 10+ years of culinary experience
  • Must have working experience in Chinese Restaurant and Michelin-starred restaurant
  • Experience in Chinese menu creation/development
  • A motivational leader and a good team player
  • Passionate about people and able to develop your team along with you

General Manager

We are looking for General Manager for our restaurants to ensure an efficient and smooth operation. You will be assigned to manage one or multiple outlets.

What you will be doing:

  • Report to the Owner and Executive Director
  • Manage and oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and experience
  • Monitor budgeted food sales, beverage sales and labour costs consistently to remain within budget and maximize the revenue
  • Manage P&L and provide strategies to drive the sales
  • Identity new business opportunities and build good relationship with business partner
  • Consistently look for ways to improve the overall running and management of the outlets to improve guest experience and service quality
  • Hire, train and develop new and existing staff
  • Build a cohesive team that excels in service
  • Oversee weekly schedule and to ensure staffing is optimal to operation needs
  • Ensure hygiene and cleanliness are maintained according to required standards
  • Handle guests’ enquiries and complaints

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in hospitality or a related discipline
  • Must have 3+ year of experience in General Manager position and 8+ year of experience in manager position
  • Experience working in Chinese restaurants/Coffee shops
  • Experience to oversee restaurant with multiple floors or multiple venues
  • Experience in event management
  • A motivational leader and a good team player
  • Passionate about people and able to develop your team along with you
  • Possess with customer-oriented mindset
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • A good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
