A Refreshing & Delightful Summer in Beefbar

 
 
One Michelin-starred Beefbar is enthusiastic to present an array of summer dishes for our diners. Executive Chef Andrea Spagoni, continues to freshen the menu this summer with 5-course Summer Delight Dinner Menu, priced HKD 1,380 per person. 
 
Savour the sumptuous delicacies including Kagoshima Beef, Chilli Jam, Sea Urchin in which combines of A4 Kagoshima beef and Hokkaido sea urchin to an umami taste and tantalize your tastebuds with a touch of chilli jam. Pan-fried Red Mullet on Red Prawn Emulsion, super-flavorful Japanese seasonal fish with high fat content, pan-fried to golden perfection, topped with Sicily red prawn emulsion for a boundless pleasant taste. Another recommended dish Spiny Lobster with Homemade Pappardelle, the Australian succulent lobster paired with freshly made pappardelle, a simple yet tasteful dish to satisfy the cravings of all families.

With the summer heat approaching, CIAK – In The Kitchen (Central) specially prepares a list of summer special dishes to delight gourmands’ tastebuds.
 
To start as appetizer, our Prawn Carpaccio ($340) which consists of Sicilian red prawn, pine nuts, rocket and lemon olive oil is a delicate and refreshing dish which not only satisfy one’s taste buds with its freshness and refreshing bite, but also is an ‘eye candy’ dish itself.
 
For carb lovers, our Risotto ($390) which used Italian “Acquerello” Risotto together with Norwegian Scampi and Amalfi Lemon Zest brings a hearty refreshing bite. With the risotto cooked just in point to provide customers a chewy texture, one can easily sense the authentic and homey Italian vibe.
 
Carnivores must not miss our Veal Chop ($680) cooked in “Milanese” Style, paired with rocket salad and roasted potatoes. Our veal chop taste so tender and juicy inside while possesses a crusty layer on the outside, which is definitely a good dish for sharing with family and friends.

Presents Summer Set Dinner Menu 

 


 
This summer, CIAK – All Day Italian (Taikoo Shing) brings customers a 3-Course Summer Set Dinner Menu (HK$318/person), which refreshing appetizer, enticing mains and desserts will be served.
 
One can choose to try our Tomato Gazpacho with Pink Shrimp which brings mouthful of ocean sweetness from the pink shrimp. For Mains, three choices are provided to suit for different diners’ needs. One can choose to try our Risotto with Black Cod, served with Fennel, Dill and Mascarpone cheese or Roasted Monkfish wrapped in Pancetta Ham with lentils and white wine sauce. Steak lovers should try our Charcoal Grilled U.S. Flank Steak with Green Asparagus, Lyonnaise Potatoes and mixed herbs butter.
 
To end the meal with a sweet note, Chocolate Panna Cotta with vanilla ice cream or White wine jelly with Lemon Sorbet will be provided to complete the Italian gastronomic journey.

With Chef Ivan Chan carefully sourced salad ingredients for the Summer Salad Bar, which includes fresh leafy greens, homemade mixed salads, cold cuts, cheese selection & American street food, one can start the hearty meal with such hearty choices.
 
Chef Ivan especially sourced extra virgin olive oil and vinegars from Italy for guests to savour, including extra virgin olive oil from northern Italy which brings a fresher and lighter taste, to southern Italy extra virgin olive oil with a scent of fruitiness. Diners can pair the salad greens with the oil and vinegar according to their personal preference to elevate the whole tasting experience.
 
For the mains, one can choose from the 8 signature food items in Prohibition, namely Falkland Island Toothfish, Madagascar King Prawn, Philly Cheesesteak and USDA Black Angus Ribeye, with all mains served with side dish. Lastly, daily dessert will be served to complete the scrumptious meal.
