The traditional “Homemade Chinese New Year Turnip Pudding” is made with fresh radish, layered with local Chinese sausage and shrimp paste, dried tiger shrimps, homemade shrimp roe and Sakura shrimp for the kick!

To satisfy fellow sweet tooths, Chef Menex has adopted a special recipe without artificial sugar and water but instead using natural Okinawa brown sugar perfectly mixed with fresh coconut juice to generate natural sweetness, the “Homemade Brown Sugar Rice Pudding” is definitely one of the healthier choices for our customers.

Packed in gift boxes fusing with China Tang’s classic Narcissus pattern, an auspicious New Year flower symbolizing grace, good fortune, wealth and happiness, paired with a limited edition isothermic bag that can be reused for daily purposes.
