Helmed by Chef Ivan Chan, a highly acclaimed meat expert with a career spanning over 26 years, the newly-curated Mid-Autumn Festival Menu of Prohibition Grill House & Cocktail Bar showcases premium meats from all over the world that will delight guests’ appetite, starting with Classic Caesar Salad, followed by Thick Cut Maple-Glazed Applewood Bacon, and two mains including Loch Fyne Salmon and USDA Short Rib (all mains served with side dishes).

Boasting curated modern Chinese elements, Canton Bistro brings the best flavors of Shunde cuisine, combining traditional craftsmanship with the local taste. The six-course Mid-Autumn special menu highlights the finest delicacies for guests to experience some of the best selections of Canton Bistro, including a new menu addition, Steamed Lobster “Huadiao” Wine with Deep-Fried Steamed Bun. Juicy lobster cooked to perfection with Huadiao Wine to enhance its sweet flavour and a deep-fried steamed bun to soak up the delicious sauce.
