Opened in January 2010, 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA is an institution on the Hong Kong fine dining scene, delighting italian gourmands for more than a decade. Named after Chef Umberto Bombana’s favorite Italian film director Federico Fellini’s 1963 movie “8 ½”, the Three MICHELIN Starred restaurant is located in Central’s Landmark Alexandra building and stands as a vibrant celebration of Italian lifestyle, art and culture, inviting gourmands to discover the simple pleasures and indulgences of fine Italian gastronomy.
