Chef Menex has more than two decades of culinary mastery, his culinary journey began in Hong Kong before honing his skills across prominent cities in China, including Shanghai, Beijing and Mongolia, managed the grand banquets and exquisite Chinese restaurants, orchestrated numerous high profile national-levels events. He was invited to lead China Tang Hong Kong in 2019, where he showcases his exceptional culinary artistry. Under Chef Menex ‘s discerning vision and outstanding leadership, China Tang Hong Kong achieved the first One-MICHELIN-Star in the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong & Macau 2026—a testament to this extraordinary accomplishment.
His profound culinary knowledge across Chinese gastronomy, with particular mastery in Cantonese, Sichuan, Shandong and Beijing styles.
