Masataka Fujisawa
Chef Masataka Fujisawa is a Hokkaido native and Executive Chef at Masa Hong Kong. With over 25 years of experience under his belt, Chef Masa has proven his skills and expertise at award-winning restaurants such as the one-Michelin-starred Sushi Ichi in Singapore and Satori in Tokyo. He joined Lai Sun Dining in 2013, first supporting the opening of Sushi Rozan before opening his namesake sushi restaurant. In 2020, building on Sushi Masataka’s success, Chef Masa launched a new omakase sushi bar, Masa Hong Kong, in the city’s Central district.
