This August, the LET’S DINE celebration continues as Chiu Tang joins forces with the newly acclaimed 50 Best Discovery bar, Kinsman, to present a two-night-only sensory experience: “IN THE MOOD FOR FLAVOURS”.

Chiu Tang, Executive Chef Cheung Lam Por will showcase the exquisite Chiu Chow cuisine, masterfully paired with Cantonese cocktails crafted by Kinsman founder, Gavin Yeung. To mark this special collaboration, two masters specially curated an exclusive dish and cocktail only available for these two nights. Step into a mid-century film set with the nostalgic tunes and retro ambiance, embark on a dining journey that captures the elegance and sentiment of a golden era.
