Father’s Day Indulgence at Michelin-starred Beefbar
 
 
This Father’s Day, treat your dad with an array of thoughtfully created dishes by Chef Andrea Spagoni. The 5-course dinner menu (HKD 1,280) is specially tailor-made for 20 Jun only, elevated with luxury and freshest ingredients.
 
All-time favourite USA Prime “Black Angus” Striploin, White Asparagus & Comté Cheese, the tenderness of striploin goes simply well with 30 months aged Gruyère de Comté Cheese; another main course Spiny Lobster with Homemade Pappardelle, the Australian succulent lobster paired with freshly made pappardelle, a simple yet tasteful dish to satisfy the cravings of all families.
 
Beefbar will specially open on Father’s Day and menu is available on 20th June dinner time only. Book us in advance to show appreciation for your dad and make him feel precious!

The chewy and fresh lobster salad accompanied with a refreshing pomegranate sauce, made the perfect combo for summer to excite your palate this hot summer. Main delicacies are served for the menu including Homemade Fettuccine with Sea Urchin and Baby Squid, and carnivores’ favourite Charcoal Grilled US Prime Beef Sirloin and Braised Beef Cheek with Sautéed Baby Spinach and Mashed Potato.
