8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA Hong Kong, being led by Hong Kong’s very own “Best Italian chef in Asia” Umberto Bombana, have been the first and only Three Michelin-starred Italian restaurant outside Italy since 2012. We are elated to announce that the legend continues for the 10^th consecutive year, bringing diners Italian charm and unforgettable dining experience that are amongst Asia’s must-visit dining destinations. Brainchildren branch 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA Shanghai, have been awarded Two Michelin Stars since 2017 of Michelin Guide Shanghai, while 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA Macau have been awarded One Michelin Star.

Born in Monte-Carlo and established in Hong Kong at 2015, Beefbar Hong Kong is the only branch that earned One Michelin Star in the « Hong Kong & Macau Michelin Guide». With Chef Andrea Spagoni sourcing only the best beef from around the world, yet featuring over 500 wine collections with recommendations from experienced sommelier, gourmets can feel and savour its luxury in this extraordinary steakhouse the moment they enter the beef & wine lovers’ utopia.

The two restaurants headed by Japanese Chef Daisuke Mori and Mitsuru Konishi, have both been awarded One Michelin Star this year.
