Master Chef Jason Richard Loyd composed the menu of showcasing the finest meat, freshly seared on the charcoal grill and a variety of seafood, appetizer and sided selections to choose from. The menu included one seafood platter, 6 selections of All-You-Can-Eat dishes and a dessert sampler at the amazing price of HK$498 per person. Pairing with the delicacy, guests can enjoy the free flow drink package of selected sparkling, house red and white and draught beer, as well as juice and soft drinks by adding HK$168.
Feast on this Easter menu which presents a combination of stunning flavours of each ingredients and American classics. In the appetizer, the Seafood Platter including shrimp cocktail, pan-seared tuna, scallop ceviche, lobster tail, whelk & smoked salmon that invoke your taste buds. In the All-You-Can-Eat selections, the signature Roasted USDA Prime Rib Beef is an all-time-favorite dish that can never disappoint beef lovers, the beef has a tender texture and slightly spicy flavor that showcase the different layers in every single bite. End on a decadent note with the indulgent dessert sampler with an extravagant assortment of freshly baked pastries and cakes.
