Valentino Ugolini

Born in Umbria, a countryside region of central Italy, Valentino Ugolini preaches a cooking philosophy rooted in simplicity and fresh produce. After a stint at Domani Ristorante in Hong Kong, Chef Ugolini joined Chef Umberto Bombana at 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA, later moving to CIAK – In The Kitchen (Central) as part of the opening team. As Executive Chef at CIAK, Valentino led the kitchen to gain consecutive Michelin stars in 2015-2017 and Number 1 Top Pizzeria in Asia on 50 Top Pizza Award.
