Hailing from Sicily, Chef Riccardo cut his teeth under the mentorship of Michelin-starred chefs such as Ciccio Sultano, a culinary master of Sicilian cuisine, and Claudio Sadler, who he worked with in both Milan and Beijing. Building on his experiences accumulated in five-star hotels and prestigious fine dining establishments both in Italy and abroad, Chef La Perna continues to adhere to the highest standards of fine Italian gastronomy as Head Chef of 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA Shanghai.
