With his previous expertise in high-end hospitality management, including Sheraton- Hong Kong Hotel,Park Hyatt Beijing Hotel and Beijing Hong Kong Jockey Club Clubhouse,Lawrence Tse implemented departmental strategies and maximized the financial performance of the restaurants, as well as to ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits with outstanding customer service.

Lawrence Tse directs all aspects of food and beverage operations for over eight restaurants in the Asian Division,includingChinese brands China Tang Landmark, China Tang Las Vegas, Howard’s Gourmet Hong Kong and Beijing, Old Bazaar Kitchen, as well as threehigh-end Japanese venues Sushi Masatakaand two one Michelin-starred Kaiseki Den by Saotome and Takumi by Daisuke Mori.
