Danilo Nicoletti

Managing Director – Western Division

An Italian native, Danilo Nicoletti has a true passion and natural talent for hospitality that he imprinted at top Michelin-starred restaurants in the metropolis of Monte-Carlo, London, and ultimately, Hong Kong for the launch of L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in 2007. He then managed some of the city’s most prestigious Italian venues such as Toscana in Ritz-Carlton and three Michelin-starred 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA Hong Kong that he opened in 2010 as General Manager. In 2012, he became part of the Lai Sun Dining group to oversee the daily operations and new openings of the group Western restaurants and today, he is part of the company’s Board of Directors where he continues to strengthen the current businesses while developing more unique and quality dining concepts in Hong Kong, Macau, the mainland China, as well as screening future opportunities arising globally.
