Summer is the time for melons. China Tang Landmark carefully selects seasonal Winter Melon and Cucumis Melo, transforming them to the refreshing dishes that revives appetites in the hot weather.
Double-boiled Winter Melon Soup, Chicken, Crab Meat, Prawn, Ham, Mushroom, a mini one-person portion winter melon soup, packed with more than 10 auspicious ingredients, such as crab meat, conpoy, shrimp and lotus seed etc., is as luxurious and nourishing as it sounds. It also comes with the deluxe version – Double-boiled Winter Melon Soup, Fish Maw, Sea Cucumber, Abalone, Conpoy, Crab Meat, Prawn, Ham, Mushroom, added lavish ingredients such as premium fish maw, sea cucumber and abalone.
The seasonal dessert, Double-boiled Imperial Superior Bird’s Nest, Snow Lotus Seed, Cucumis Melo, Ginseng. Cucumis Melo is grown traditionally in East Asia which has a thin skin and sweet flesh with a strong aroma. China Tang Landmark combines the original Cucumis Melo with fresh ginseng, snow lotus seeds and Imperial Superior Bird’s Nest. After chilling, the fragrance of Cucumis Melo is mellow and pleasant. With the sweetness of fresh ginseng, it is a great nourishment for body and clears the aftertaste from a hearty meal.

Homemade Yogurt, Honey
Adding 4.3 Japanese milk to the French yeasts and fermented for 8 hours to become yogurt. Topped the yogurt with fresh local honey and lemon leaves powder. |
Wok-fried Sliced Wagyu Beef, Cabbage, Wild Mushroom
Cut the A5 Saga Wagyu into thin slices, stir-fried with scallion till medium cooked then place onto a hot stone plate, the wagyu turned to medium well with the heat of the stone. The marbled fat dissolves into a buttery flavor. |
Braised Rice, Whole Abalone,
Black Truffle
Braised the abalone in traditional way and use the sauce to cook the rice with black truffle. Rice absorb the essence of sauce. Place the whole abalone on top with fresh shaved black truffle to enhance the aroma. |

The story of China Tang begins with Sir David Tang, a prominent art aficionado with an incredible flair for design. The first Hong Kong location at Landmark Atrium opened in 2013 and exudes an air of upscale sophistication and eccentric confidence inspired to the glamour of 1920s Shanghai. This summer, Canton Bistro prepares a summer feast with a variety of flavours by using wide range of seasonal ingredients. Shunde cuisine love using in season local produces, Baked Hairy Gourd, Clam, Bean Curd Sheet in Supreme Soup is one of the must try items in the menu as hairy gourd is the harvesting summer vegetables in Shunde. The culinary team simmered it with clam and broth which essence of the soup and clam are fully absorbs by the hairy gourd.
Another recommended dish Boiled Spicy Roche Shrimp, Sichuan Pepper, Roche Shrimp is a renowned shrimp from fresh water, famous for its large size, fat and tender texture. The shrimps are stir-fried with chili and peppercorns, it is a spicy choice for diner in summer. There is no way to skip the bitter melon dishes in summer.
